We are seeking a permanent Sales Manager for our Northern Finland team. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing significant existing accounts as well as developing a new client portfolio. You will independently contact customers, negotiate, prepare offers and process orders, supported by a strong expert team. We will tailor the role to your preferences within our sales team. Your home base can be either our Oulu or Rovaniemi offices. You have substantial experience and a proven track record in security technology sales; experience in locksmithing sales is a plus. The most important thing is a strong drive to deliver results without compromising customer experience. If you also have understanding of project execution, that is a definite advantage. You are determined, systematic and proactive, a problem-solver who communicates well with people and has a strong service mindset. You negotiate fluently and convincingly in Finnish and English. You can present your case so that the customer can trust you. You bring a positive, easygoing team-player attitude and create a positive working atmosphere around you. This position may be for you if you are a team player who can work independently, you can think business-mindedly with a focus on results and technical understanding, you drive things forward with persistence and can juggle multiple tasks, and you can prioritise in busy situations. The role requires a B-driver's license and willingness to travel in the Northern Finland area. In addition, for the security clearance card, a clean criminal record is required.
