We are currently hiring workers for South Savo region for part-time and gig employment in a service called special participation support. This support is a new service under the new disability services law, ensuring the right of disabled persons to participate in social interaction and leisure activities when they cannot express their will independently or with support. It is especially aimed at those with communication and interaction difficulties, providing stronger guidance and support than personal assistance, enabling active participation without the disabled person needing to direct the assistant. The support may include using communication aids or organizing leisure activities. The primary providers are social or health care professionals or those with suitable qualifications, assessed case-by-case. Salary: Based on the local social services collective agreement, with hourly wages for G14A (12.54-13.79 EUR) and G20C (14.50-15.68 EUR), plus a 9% holiday bonus in gig roles.
