We are looking for an energetic and results-driven SALES REPRESENTATIVE for a permanent, full-time position in a sunny and growing team. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for selling cleaning services to corporate clients in the Kuopio, Varkaus, Iisalmi and Joensuu regions. You will work closely with the cleaning services team and play a key role in client interface as well as business development. You will be responsible for proactive new business acquisition, building and maintaining customer relationships, and growing sales within your area. You will report to the Service Manager and be supported by a capable local team. Your core tasks include identifying customer needs and selling tailored cleaning service solutions; preparing proposals and negotiating contracts; building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Requirements include B2B sales experience and new client acquisition, especially in the service sector, understanding of the cleaning industry or ability to quickly learn its specifics, proficiency in Finnish and English (other languages considered an advantage), driving license and willingness to travel within Kuopio, Varkaus, Iisalmi and Joensuu regions (company car provided). A degree in real estate or cleaning industry or sales training is an asset, along with strong negotiation and communication skills, the ability to work independently and organise one’s own work, and a results-driven attitude.
