As part of the WITRON Group, WIOSS WITRON On Site Services filial is internationally successful in the technical operation and maintenance of automated logistics systems. In Bålsta, WITRON, together with Axfoods logistics company Dagab, has built and designed a highly automated facility that was put into operation in 2022. The facility is equipped with the latest technology in logistics automation and WITRON employs around 100 people. Your role in our team: As part of our team, you will work with a broad range of electrical and mechanical tasks with limited supervision. Support the production team with basic troubleshooting and coaching. Drive improvement work through good system understanding and local improvement measures. Perform all tasks with a clear Safety First focus. Conduct planned daily and weekly maintenance and handle emergency disruptions. We are looking for you who have: Relevant technical education, such as electrician, automation technician, machine assembler or equivalent skills. Experience in electrical and/or mechanical work. Documented experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment and machines. Fluent Finnish and good English skills. Ability to work shifts. Flexible to work in different temperature environments (+25°C to -25°C). Capable of working at heights. Strong commitment to safety and quality in all work.
