Maskinist

We are looking for a machinist for our customer in Ylöjärvi to join the production team. The position is suitable for someone at the start of their career and does not require long work experience; the most important thing is a good attitude, interest in machining, and a desire to develop skills. The job involves working with various machined parts and production tasks. You will receive training, and responsibilities can increase as your competence grows. Tasks include machining-related production tasks, operating machine tools according to ability, measuring parts and monitoring quality, following technical drawings and work instructions, and other production tasks as needed. We expect suitable machining training or prior machining experience, a good attitude and willingness to learn, careful and responsible work ethic, interest in machining and metals, and readiness to work as part of the production team. CNC machine experience and the ability to read drawings are considered an asset, but you do not need to be a specialist from day one. We are looking for a motivated person with a solid foundation and desire to grow into a professional. We offer the chance to develop your machining skills in practical work, varied metal industry work, a skilled team to support you, and the possibility of a long-term employment.
