By joining our international team, you will help shape the future of sustainable digital infrastructure. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Development team in Stockholm. In this role, you will lead the delivery of infrastructure upgrades, capacity expansions, and critical improvement projects across atNorth's existing data center portfolio. You will manage projects from concept through handover while ensuring minimal disruption to live operations and maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and quality. Key responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle delivery of infrastructure upgrades, leading project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management activities, coordinating internal stakeholders, managing contractors, overseeing installation activities, ensuring project execution minimizes operational risk, developing detailed project schedules, managing project costs, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating commissioning, testing, and handover activities, and driving continuous improvement. Your profile should include proven experience managing complex technical projects in operational environments, experience from data centers or similar mission-critical environments, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline, strong project management and stakeholder skills, experience managing contractors and budgets, ability to balance project and operational needs, a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach, and fluency in English. Experience within the data center industry and certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous. You should be based in or willing to work from Stockholm.
