Account Manager - Biisoni Oy - Helsingfors, Finland

Join Granlund as an Account Manager to develop customer relationships and make impactful B2B sales in real estate and construction expert services. Granlund is a rapidly growing expert company in the real estate and construction sector, building a sustainable and smart future together with clients and stakeholders. Over 1700 professionals serve across Finland, Sweden, and the UK. You will work in the property management team with a diverse customer base including real estate investors both domestically and internationally. Your daily tasks include developing existing customer relationships, acquiring new customers by opening new discussions with decision-makers, managing multiple accounts simultaneously, meeting clients face-to-face and remotely, actively selling, preparing offers, and coordinating projects. You will identify customer needs, formulate suitable solutions, and advance discussions towards decisions. You will collaborate closely with different expert teams and involve them at the right time to support sales and discuss solutions. The work is done from Helsinki’s main office with flexible working hours, requiring presence at least one day a week. Customer sites are mainly in the Helsinki metropolitan area, and travel within Finland is included. The employment is full-time and permanent, contracted with Granlund. You succeed in this role if you have a genuine desire to sell and build long-term customer relationships, with a track record of successful sales or a strong sales-oriented attitude. You can understand customer business, identify pain points, and build solutions with experts. You are proactive, self-driven, and comfortable initiating conversations with clients in Finnish and English. A driver’s license is essential, and owning a car is an advantage. You are independent, proactive, and enjoy customer interface work, confidently progressing discussions towards solutions and decisions. Why join us?
