Bistoria Patio Restaurant A newly opened Italian-style restaurant in Nallikari. The patio offers a rich breakfast daily, featuring flavors from Northern Ostrobothnia and around the world. In summer, a terrace with over 100 seats with sea views opens in front of the hotel. We are looking for a pastry chef to join our top team in Nallikari! Your duties include preparing in-house display and custom products, and to work full hours, you will also be responsible for setting up breakfast on the Bistoria Patio side. We require you to have solid experience working as a pastry chef; previous experience as a cook is considered an advantage. You should have a genuine desire to learn and develop, and a positive attitude. You create high-quality treats and memorable moments for customers. You can work independently and are a team player. We offer you the opportunity to work as part of a top team within one of ProDine Oy's restaurants. Here, you can be yourself and develop your skills in the kitchen. The position is full-time and temporary until September 2026. Work is mainly Monday to Friday, with a Saturday shift once every three weeks. Working hours are 06:30-14:00. There is a possibility to continue after September. Start immediately upon finding a suitable candidate. Salary will be based on your work experience and in accordance with the collective agreement. The selected person will be employed through Lisäpalvelu Pohjois-Suomi Oy and will receive full support and security from us throughout the employment. What do we expect from you? * Experience working in a pastry shop and ability to work independently. * Previous experience as a cook is an advantage. * Good situational awareness and adaptability to changing situations. * Skill in preparing tasty and beautiful products. * Proficiency in Finnish is essential.
