We are looking for a concrete floor supervisor for a permanent position. We seek an experienced concrete floor supervisor for a permanent employment relationship with a financially stable and growing industry company. Project sites are located in Päijät-Häme and Uusimaa regions, with a focus on supervising concrete floor contracts and overall site management. Projects are carried out in various industrial, commercial, and new construction sites in collaboration with skilled work teams. In this role, you will be responsible for daily management of concrete floor work, scheduling, work quality, and smooth progress of the construction site. You will have the opportunity to work on modern projects in a company that values expertise, responsibility, and good teamwork. We expect from you: Previous experience in concrete flooring and supervision, understanding of concrete pouring processes and work phases, ability to independently manage sites and workers, good organizational and problem-solving skills, experience in managing schedules, quality, and safety, valid safety training card, B driving license. We especially value: Experience with larger flooring contracts, practical leadership style, ability to work well with clients and employees, willingness to commit to long-term employment.
