We are looking for results-oriented individuals for the Keski-Pohjanmaa and Kalajokilaakso regions as insurance sales agents, whom we call self-insurance people. In this role, you operate as an independent entrepreneur, for example under a sole proprietorship or limited company. The self-insurance person acts as an expert for our personal clients in identifying and managing risks and is responsible for developing customer relationships throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You value long-term customer relationships and excellent customer service. Experience in insurance is an advantage, but the right attitude and motivation are most important. You will meet clients at our Kokkolan contact point, online, or at their homes. You will use the Kokkolan office for meetings and work. You represent Pohjantähti in all interactions and strengthen the company's local recognition. We expect you to have a strong passion for sales and customer development, excellent interaction skills, a desire to commit to targeted customer acquisition and relationship management, motivation by goals, and excellent Finnish language skills, both spoken and written. You should be ready to operate as an entrepreneur, taking responsibility for your results, planning and leading your daily work, utilizing Pohjantähti’s products, marketing, and support to grow your business.
