Start your career in construction on the job sites in Tampere and Pirkanmaa in autumn 2026. No prior construction experience required; a positive attitude can win in this role. If you enjoy physical work and want to learn, you will gain hands-on experience alongside experienced professionals. Tasks may include carrying and moving building materials, clearing and cleaning, maintaining the site in general order, assisting more experienced workers, and other site tasks based on interest and capability. Work sites vary between new builds and renovations, so days are varied. Requirements include being of legal working age (18+), a proactive and self-driven attitude, good physical condition, and a willingness to learn and work as part of the site team. We offer the possibility to start a career in construction without prior experience, varied tasks at our clients’ sites in Pirkanmaa, flexible hours (part-time or full-time), and generally 7:00–15:30, Monday to Friday. Wages follow the construction sector collective agreement: 12.60–14.20 EUR per hour plus supplements. We provide quality work gear and the support of WorkPower’s construction team for the duration of employment.
