We are looking for receptionists for the winter season 2026-2027. Are you interested in working in Lapland during the winter season? Your workplace location will be based on your preferences, for example Rovaniemi, Levi, Ruka, or Ylläs. If you are service-minded, proactive, and enjoy working with people – you might be the person we are looking for! As a receptionist, you will be at the heart of customer service at a hotel or accommodation facility in a busy seasonal environment. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, advise and guide guests during their stay, and respond to various reservations and inquiries. You will work closely with the reception and service team to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent customer experience.
