iTapsa's Kamppi store is now looking for a store manager and mobile device technician to strengthen their team in customer service, device repair, and daily store operations. We offer a versatile and responsible role where you will help customers with everyday device issues, repair mobile devices, and ensure smooth store operations. In this role, you will be central to creating an excellent customer experience and maintaining and developing the store's daily activities. You will have about 1-2 years of experience in device repair and store work, with a passion for fixing technology and helping people. Your daily tasks include welcoming customers, repairing phones, tablets, and computers, selling refurbished devices, managing repairs in our systems, organizing store operations, managing inventory, and guiding other employees.
