We are now seeking a motivated machine assembler for our client Firmus Partners Oy for mobile installation work in the Helsinki area, permanent and long-term employment. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. Firmus Partners Oy, established in 2010, offers a variety of on-site installation services including facade services, elevators, mast platforms, electrical installations, environmental control, and planning, installation, maintenance, and consulting services. In 2024, the company's turnover was about 2.7 million euros, and they currently employ about 25 installers. Your workday will involve installing various construction machines and equipment on construction sites around Helsinki, including elevators and mast platforms, sometimes at heights. The work mainly involves mechanical installation but may include electrical work depending on your skills and training. Work is performed on weekdays from Monday to Friday during daytime hours. The employment follows the Building Sector Collective Agreement, is permanent, full-time, and after onboarding, you may participate in on-call duties approximately every 4-5 weeks. We value experience in construction or other installation tasks, a desire to grow as a machine installer, experience with basic tools, resilience to outdoor work, a valid driving license, and a valid safety card.
