We are looking for a financial administration assistant for our client Keski-Suomen opiskelija-asuntosäätiö sr. for a fixed-term position as part of a skilled and straightforward finance team. The role involves working on various financial tasks, especially rent accounting, but also supporting bookkeeping and team daily operations. The person we seek will be an important part of the team, mainly responsible for managing rent accounting independently and participating in other financial tasks as needed. The desired start date is August 17, with some flexibility. The contract is for approximately one year during parental leave. Success in the role requires understanding basic financial processes and the ability to work independently, especially with accounts receivable. Previous experience with rent accounting is an advantage, but interest in learning and developing is most important. The role also involves bookkeeping tasks, such as posting entries to the accounting system. No financial statement preparation skills are required, but understanding of bookkeeping basics is essential. You are naturally precise and careful in your work. You enjoy working as part of a team and engaging with different stakeholders. Customer service orientation is important, as the role includes communication mainly via electronic channels with student tenants. A solution-oriented and service-minded approach is emphasized, for example, in payment plan negotiations. Fluency in Finnish and English is required. You should have up-to-date IT skills, with the use of the Kenno ERP system and Netvisor accounting software. We offer a versatile and responsible role in a flexible and professional team. Flexibility in working days is available, but presence in the office is required on certain days for customer service.
