Tehtävä on vakituinen ja kokoaikainen (37,5 h/vk), ja siihen sisältyy työvuoroja kahvilan kaikkina eri aukioloaikoina: varhaisista aamuista myöhäisiin iltavuoroihin ja toki myös viikonloppuisin. Assistant Managerin työnkuva As an Assistant Manager, you will act as the right hand to the café manager and assist in leading the café team and business operations in accordance with Espresso House's values and principles. You will participate in the operational activities of the café, focusing on sales and service development with your team, task distribution, ordering, equipment maintenance, and resolving various challenging situations in your café. The most important part of your role is to motivate your team and focus on their well-being and professional development on a daily basis. Salary and benefits: We pay a fixed monthly supplement on top of the collective agreement's salary table, making your starting salary between €2,550 and €2,700 per month. Additionally, our employees enjoy a 50% discount on food and beverages. Success in the role You have previous experience in customer service management roles.
