Welcome to work at the new Puutarhatien day care center. Puutarhatien day care is located in a green area in Koivuhaka, near the Tikkurila central park. On the natural-themed playground, children are delighted by a willow tunnel and wooden boardwalks winding in the shade of trees. The children have said the yard is the best of all. Our day care has four home areas, each with two groups of three carers. Each group has a group room, a rest room and a small-group room. In addition, there are common work rooms and a gym in the building. The spaces are bright and spacious and provide opportunities for a variety of pedagogical activities. In our new center you will have the opportunity to contribute to building a shared operating culture and to providing high-quality, safe and pedagogical early childhood education for children in the area. The center uses the ProVaka operating model to support children’s social skills, which we will implement together.
