We are looking for experienced professionals in the field: TECHNICAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE WORKERS for SOL Property Services for permanent and full-time employment. We seek proactive and versatile technical property maintenance workers to take care of the upkeep and comfort of our client sites in Helsinki. In this role, you should be comfortable operating work machinery but also proficient in the technical details of properties. What does your work involve? You will be responsible for the daily maintenance of designated properties, including: Technical upkeep: Monitoring, adjusting, and minor repairs of building automation systems (HVAC, electrical, automation). Machine operation: Seasonal outdoor work (snow removal, gritting, sweeping, and green area maintenance) using a property tractor or wheel loader. Customer service: Acting as a contact person for residents or users of the facilities, resolving their routine technical issues. The working hours are flexible, mainly between 06:00 and 17:00 (37.5 hours/week). We have great managers and friendly colleagues – proven. It’s nice to come to work here.
