A fixed-term position as a SPECIAL CLASS TEACHER in basic education is available at Maikkula School for the academic year 2026 - 2027. The task is to teach students who require individual support in various subjects. Qualifications are determined according to the decree on the qualifications of education personnel (986/1998). Original certificates demonstrating qualifications must be presented during the possible interview. Experience in special education tasks is considered an advantage. Salary is based on the municipal collective agreement for the education sector. Before the appointment is confirmed, and no later than 30 days after receiving the decision, the selected candidate must present a criminal background check issued under the Act on Background Checks for Persons Working with Children (504/2002), section 3.
