We are looking for a precise and responsible production planner for our client Rehux Oy, for a permanent position. The employment contract is with Värväämö. Rehux Oy operates in Tarvasjoki, Lieto, in a rural setting, so having your own car is essential. Your workday will be shaped by open landscapes and a peaceful environment that allows you to focus and succeed in your work. At the same time, you will become part of a growing domestic company that manufactures high-quality and customized feeding solutions for Finnish farms. As the company develops, there are also opportunities for you to grow along with your role. As a production planner, you play a central role in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. You will ensure that the right amount of products is produced at the right time and that customer deliveries depart as scheduled. Your days will consist of planning, forecasting, and coordinating, working closely with production, transportation companies, and other stakeholders. Situations can change quickly during the day, so you will be able to utilize your ability to manage overall processes and respond flexibly. Once you have mastered production planning, you will also participate in reporting, for example to authorities, and in developing operations together with the rest of the organization. There is room for your ideas, and you will have an influence on how the work is done in the future. Working hours are weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00, providing a clear rhythm to your workdays and work-life balance. We expect you to have an organized and precise work approach, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You are accustomed to working with numbers and communicate fluently with different people. You will succeed in the role if you are willing to tackle tasks, tolerate changing situations, and want to find effective solutions. You have good basic skills in common software, especially Excel, and learn new systems quickly. However, you will not be alone in your role. You will be supported by a mentor who will help you get started smoothly and support you as your work progresses.
