You will support clients' integration, particularly from the perspectives of employment, education, and skill development. Our experts work in a team model. According to our strategy, the goal is to build smooth service pathways, remove barriers to progress, and support clients' attachment to the labor market. Clients' pathways may include, for example, integration training, vocational training, language studies, or other solutions leading to employment. The job involves assessing clients' situations and service needs, preparing plans that support employment and integration, providing guidance to working life, education, and services, as well as drafting labor policy solutions and statements. The work is carried out in close cooperation with employers, educational institutions, municipalities, and other networks. We expect you to have a suitable higher education degree and the ability to independently search for and apply information practically. Success in the role requires a solution-oriented, cooperative, and customer-oriented approach, as well as the ability to make independent assessments and justified decisions in official tasks. You should be able to interpret and apply legislation in practical client work. Knowledge of the labor market, education system, and employment services is appreciated, as well as experience in guidance and networking work. Familiarity with the integration service system is also considered an advantage. The selected candidate must have good oral skills in Finnish and Swedish, as well as good written skills in the primary native language and at least satisfactory written skills in the other language. Success in the role also requires good spoken English skills. The use of interpretation services is part of daily client work. We offer you the opportunity to participate in building a new, impact-oriented, and collaborative employment service as part of a competent and development-minded work community. The position is permanent. Salary (3TYP42C1) 3129.60 €/month, with possible additional allowances according to KVTES. Normal working hours are 38.35 hours/week. A six (6) month probationary period applies to the appointment. The selected candidate must present an acceptable medical certificate of health. The position is to be filled by August 3, 2026, or as agreed.
