We are seeking a skilled professional in finance and administration for a permanent position at our Tampere or Seinäjoki office. The growing Takaovi Group is looking for a new team member, could it be you? We are looking for a development-oriented and service-minded multi-expert. In this role, you will work on daily tasks related to finance, reporting, and administration within our group companies. The role also includes supporting management and designated customer accounts. Your expertise will help develop the companies' business from a financial and administrative perspective. You will support the entire organization, especially the management, but also customer teams. This position is new to our organization, so the job title and specific responsibilities will be tailored together based on your skills and interests. Initially, the work may be part-time, at least 60%. Our comfortable offices are located in Tampere and Seinäjoki, and you can also work partly remotely if desired. What do we expect from you? We do not specify your background exactly, but we hope you have already gained experience and skills related to finance tasks. Knowledge and experience in real estate and brokerage, financial management, budgeting, reporting, administration, and HR management are considered an advantage. Procountor experience is also valued. We appreciate an active approach to work, teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to develop professionally. The role requires readiness to handle a diverse range of tasks efficiently and courage to take on new and challenging assignments. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to perform accurately under tight schedules and in new situations. Strong IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft O365, and the ability to quickly adopt new procedures are also required.
