Hybrid Architect – build Lujatalo’s future infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced hybrid architect to develop Microsoft-based infrastructure for Lujatalo. The environment is genuinely hybrid: some services run in Microsoft Azure and others in our own data center; both are developed in parallel. A key early area is planning the transition to an Azure Virtual Desktop-based desktop environment. In this role you will not merely maintain a ready-made model, but set direction, make technical choices and implement the solutions. As a hybrid architect you will be responsible for developing the overall architecture of Azure and on-premises environments, designing solutions yourself, participating in their practical implementation, and guiding partners toward a jointly defined target state. You will design and implement solutions for Microsoft Azure and on-premises data-centre environment, define the target state of hybrid infrastructure and build a practical roadmap from current state to it, plan the Azure Virtual Desktop transition together with the current desktop environment expert, evaluate which workloads should be moved to the cloud and which should stay in the on-premises data centre, develop infrastructure automation with Terraform and PowerShell, define and build CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment models, develop Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity and access control solutions, ensure security, reliability and scalability of the solutions, define technical standards and architecture principles and best practices, lead external partner work and ensure implementations meet Lujatalo needs, participate in technology projects from design to delivery, evaluate new technologies and push justified development proposals forward. The role combines architecture design, technical ownership and hands-on work. Partners will deliver part of ongoing services and implementations, but you define what solutions are needed and how they are built in a controlled manner. Why Lujatalo?
