Our professional open services team in Rovaniemi and Tornio is looking for experienced social sector professionals for part-time work! We are hiring new colleagues for short-term substitute positions, which can start quickly. The start date will be agreed upon with you. After the fixed-term period, discussions about continuation are possible. The work is on-call and flexible according to customer needs, including evenings and weekends. Our open services team in Lapland is based in Rovaniemi and Tornio. Everyone can be themselves and bring their personality to the team. Our multidisciplinary teams do home-based open services with great heart and strong professionalism in Rovaniemi, Tornio, and other Lapland municipalities. We provide a wide range of open services, including intensified family work, family work, home-based family rehabilitation, professional support work, monitored and supported meetings. Our work is diverse, variable, and sometimes surprisingly so, but mostly rewarding and meaningful with clients in different life situations and needs. It is important for us to speak openly but always with respect for colleagues and clients. Our clients are charming, unique children, youth, families, and young adults who need your help and support. Salary: Salary is determined according to the private social services sector collective agreement and ranges from €16.71 to €18.35 per hour depending on your previous relevant experience. Overtime pay is added according to the collective agreement. What we expect from you: We expect you to have a Bachelor of Social Services (AMK) degree + Valvira registration (final-year students are considered). At least one year of experience working with children, youth, and families. A driving license and the possibility to use your own car. We hope you have experience in child protection or social guidance work. Success in this role requires flexibility, independence, a positive attitude, the ability to learn new things, and excellent communication skills.
