Do you want to be involved in ensuring the safety and smoothness of traffic environments and develop your skills at the top of the field? We are now looking for Traffic Controller in the Helsinki metropolitan area. At Ramudden, we offer comprehensive solutions for temporary traffic arrangements for road works, construction sites, railways, and other infrastructure projects – from planning, permits, rental, sales, to implementation. Safety, service attitude, and continuous development are at the core of our operations. As a traffic controller at Ramudden, you will ensure the smooth transportation and installation of our rental products. Your responsibilities include daily resource planning, scheduling, and optimization – your role is a key link in operational success. You will ensure that the right equipment and expertise are in the right place at the right time. This role combines efficient organization, fast-paced daily work, and close cooperation with field staff, sales, and customers. You will report to the field supervisor. A supportive and pleasant work community where collaboration and good atmosphere are everyday. Your tasks: Planning daily field routes: Site deliveries, Pickups, Installation and dismantling tasks. Supporting field resourcing: Allocating drivers and vehicles, Planning installation teams with site management. Maximizing equipment utilization and minimizing idle and downtime. Acting as a link between the project team, field personnel, and customers. Maintaining cooperation with internal resources (DP13) and subcontractors. Ensuring resource allocation for tasks (including subcontractors if necessary). Using systems effectively (e.g., Microbizz, MapOn) and implementing plans on site. Maintaining and updating order details, schedules, and resource bookings. Acting as the main user of systems. What we expect from you: Preferably 3 years of experience in similar roles or diverse resourcing and/or experience in the transportation sector. Logical and solution-oriented thinking and overall management skills. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and react to changes. Independent, proactive, and responsible work attitude. Practical approach and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Fluent Finnish (spoken and written). Skills in English and/or Swedish are considered an advantage. Good command of MS Office and general IT systems.
