Performance Marketing & Digital Content Specialist (svenskspråkig) - WireStaff Turku - Reso, Finland

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Digital Content Specialist for Martinex brand house in Reso. We are seeking a knowledgeable and committed expert in digital marketing and content production for a permanent full-time position within Martinex's marketing team. In this role, you will combine creative content creation, marketing communication, and planning and development of digital marketing as part of a professional team. Excellent knowledge of Swedish is a strict requirement for this position, and we hope that Swedish is your native or primary language. Your responsibilities include: You will be responsible for planning, producing, and developing Swedish-language marketing content. Your tasks include, among others: Copywriting in Swedish Planning and coordinating content for digital marketing Planning and executing newsletters Producing lifestyle-inspired content for our communication channels Writing scripts for advertisements Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting campaign results. During the production of image and video content, you will have support from graphic designers and social media experts, so extensive graphic skills are not required. We hope you have: Native-level proficiency in both written and spoken Swedish Previous experience with similar tasks in marketing and content production Ability to create engaging content that appeals to the target audience Understanding of digital marketing and how its results are measured Appropriate education (e.g., in marketing, communication, and/or media) An independent and responsible work attitude We also value experience with marketing systems, but we offer comprehensive training if our systems are new to you.
