We work hard to enable better prices for our customers. JOIN US. WE ARE HIRING! VASTUUMYYJÄ/STORE COACH, Helsinki Lanterna, 30H/week Temporary employment until 30.06.2027. As Store Coach in the Lager 157 team: You will be responsible together with the Store Manager for developing the team and guiding the work. You meet and serve our customers exceptionally well. You commit to creating the best possible store and working and shopping. You are responsible for maintaining functional replenishments and displays in the store. You ensure customers always receive the best possible customer experience. You will have diverse tasks and great opportunities for career development. We are looking for you who loves meeting many different people in your work and want a very active and physically demanding role. You are organized and a true team player. You have lots of energy and deliver tasks strongly to the finish. Previous experience as a team leader is considered an advantage. In the role you are responsible for your own department and act as deputy to the Store Manager when they are away. You report to the Store Manager. Finnish language proficiency is required for the job and Swedish and English skills are an asset. Start date: when a suitable person is found. Age limit 18 years.
