We are now looking for a sales assistant for our Kauhava store with a 20-hour weekly contract, but working hours can be adjusted as needed. Work at Lidl is diverse, fast-paced, and fun. Training begins with proper onboarding, and as skills develop, additional responsibilities such as the bakery counter may be assigned. Previous retail experience is an advantage but not necessary. We value a good attitude, willingness to learn, active asking for help, and a positive outlook. Customer service in Finnish is preferred, with a B1 level of language skills sufficient.
