We are looking for a recruitment consultant for the winter season to strengthen our operations in areas including Levi, Ylläs, and Saariselkä. The role is ideal for someone already working in the Horeca or tourism industry who wants to do flexible recruitment and possibly even acquire clients alongside their current job. You do not need to be a recruitment professional – we will train and familiarize you with the tasks. Industry knowledge, initiative, and a desire to succeed are more important than previous experience. In this role, you can: - Search for and interview Horeca sector workers - Match the right candidates with the right jobs - Work flexibly according to your own schedule. We hope you have: - Experience or good knowledge of the Horeca industry - Initiative and an active work attitude - Good communication skills - A desire to learn and develop in recruitment.
