We are seeking an enthusiastic and development-oriented designer for material management and hospital logistics planning at HUS's Runkopalvelut in a permanent position. In this role, you will be responsible for internal development within the unit, leading teams, and planning operations. You will act as a team leader, designing and coordinating work processes and ensuring the appropriate use of resources. The role involves continuous development of operations in collaboration with management and staff—identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance workflow, efficiency, and quality. Part of your work involves utilizing data to support decision-making and development. You have experience in data analytics and building Power BI reports, and you can transform data from various sources into clear and impactful insights. You utilize Azure cloud services for data management and processing and understand the role of cloud environments. You are involved in designing functional descriptions for Oracle Fusion enterprise resource planning system (Harppi) and possibly planning for a new system. You promote data-driven management and ensure transparency, consistency, and achievement of strategic goals. A key aspect of your work is developing processes and operational models, managing change, and implementing new practices. You also recognize customer needs and consider them in development work. You support teams in achieving their goals and aim to create an open, communal, and learning-supportive work environment. Success in this role requires good communication skills, organizational ability, and a development-oriented approach. Required skills for the role: Power BI reporting and data analytics proficiency, utilization of Azure cloud services, skilled in Oracle Fusion ERP system (Harppi) and related Valtti online store and FINN-ID Attune ordering system, knowledge of Apotti (material management component), strong MS Office 365 skills for daily work and documentation, readiness to lead a team, plan operations, and pursue continuous development, proficiency in Finnish and English. The employment is permanent. The work is primarily performed at the logistics center in Vantaa, Uutistie. Partial remote work is possible. The gross monthly salary is €4866.25, with potential experience and other allowances.
