We are looking for a solution-oriented and proactive specialist to strengthen our team. This role combines customer service, financial management, and practical HR tasks. The focus is on financial management, but the job also requires smooth interaction across interfaces and close cooperation with managers. You will work independently but be a natural part of the work community and actively participate in developing operational practices. Supporting administration, you will also handle internal communication actively and timely, communicating on financial and HR matters to the entire staff. The role involves financial planning, monitoring, and reporting, serving as the contact for outsourced accounting, supporting other parts of the organization, ensuring internal controls, developing financial processes, and supporting management decision-making. It also involves some expert tasks for client companies, such as loan management and budgeting. Your HR tasks include practical personnel management, supporting managers, collaborating with outsourced payroll, and ensuring smooth daily HR management. You may also support customer service and communication, including social media, and become a superuser for systems like Netvisor, Power BI, and AI tools.
