We hope you work customer-oriented and as part of a team. As a property maintenance worker, you will be responsible for maintenance and repair tasks of properties. The job includes, among other things, caring for outdoor areas, monitoring building technology, adjusting energy efficiency, and performing minor maintenance and repair work. We are looking for a person who actively and development-oriented approaches work and is flexible towards the work environment. We value good interaction, cooperation, and customer service skills – the best fit for the role is a good team player who understands the importance of customer experience in everyday work. We require you to have education in property services or a related field, and experience in the industry or similar tasks. Additionally, fluent spoken and written Finnish skills and a valid driver’s license are necessary.
