We are seeking a skilled team leader to join our team for the construction of fixed networks in Eastern Finland. The role involves leading a team working on fixed telecommunications network construction, managing daily operations, resources, and project execution. The team leader will also oversee subcontractors and the financial results of the team. Responsibilities include ensuring schedules, costs, and quality are managed, safety standards are met, and collaborating closely with clients, supervisors, and other units. The workplace is located in Joensuu or Kuopio. The role requires passing security clearances, technical education or equivalent experience in telecommunications, experience in leadership or supervisory roles, readiness for 24/7 maintenance coordination, at least B driver’s license, and good Finnish and English skills.
