The Customer Solutions Specialist role exists to ensure that Seequent’s technology delivers meaningful outcomes for customers. Operating at the intersection of technology, sales, and customer success, you will help customers understand how to optimise their data management practices using Seequent solutions. As part of the regional Customer Solutions team, you will support complex solution‑based sales cycles and long‑term customer relationships, contributing directly to Seequent’s growth and reputation across EMEA. How You Contribute to the Big Picture: In this role, you will: Act as a technical partner to regional sales teams throughout the customer lifecycle; Design and recommend solution architectures aligned to customer needs and expectations; Deliver demonstrations, webinars, and customer training sessions; Support customers in improving their data management processes and outcomes; Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively support positive experiences; Assist with product upgrades, new releases, and the introduction of new solutions; Build long‑term credibility by being responsive, knowledgeable, and accountable.
