We are looking for fire and hatch guards in the Uusimaa and Kymenlaakso regions for potential needs during winter and spring. The job includes monitoring fire safety at construction sites and factories and ensuring that instructions and safety regulations are followed. The ideal candidate has a precise and proactive work attitude. You are suitable for this job if you have: A good attitude and an initiative-driven work approach; punctuality, adaptability to different work environments and teams, willingness to ask for help, and openness to training and new learning. At least 18 years of age. A B-class driving license and access to a personal car to commute to work. Flexibility regarding working hours and readiness to work longer days if needed. Valid occupational safety and fire work permits. Proficiency in Finnish. It is a plus (but not mandatory) if you also have: Previous experience in similar roles. First aid training. Willingness to work in shifts. We offer you: A salary in accordance with or better than the collective agreement, paid on time. The hourly wage in this role ranges from 13 to 15 euros, depending on your skills and experience.
