Office Admin and Business Function Support - Eilakaisla Oy - Distans - Globalt

We are looking for a proactive Office Admin and Business Function Support for our client Reddal Group in Helsinki. The role involves diverse responsibilities ranging from daily office tasks and HR activities to administrative support for the product development team and financial management. The position offers a unique opportunity to work across different business areas. It is a fixed-term role lasting 6 months, with an immediate start possible upon agreement. You will mainly ensure the smooth daily operations of the Helsinki office and assist with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing office routines, supplies, device environment, supporting staff with practical matters, participating in operational HR tasks such as recruitment, documentation, and process development. You will also support the internal ERP system by coordinating workflows and assisting in task management. Experience with simple MS environment programming and UX/UI design is advantageous. Additional tasks include financial and IT support, such as handling accounts payable and receivable, collecting accounting and payroll data, managing device inventory, user support, and participating in IT environment development. Success requires a responsible work attitude and excellent organizational skills. Fluency in English is essential, and good Finnish skills are also required. We expect previous experience in office or administrative tasks, good skills in MS Office, and strong IT skills are a plus. The role demands prioritization, flexibility, and calmness under pressure. You should have a genuine interest in support functions and building smooth operations for staff. The role suits someone with a strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and a desire to develop.
