Financial Analysis and Planning Lead (FP&A Lead) - Telia Finland Oyj - Distans - Globalt

We’re looking for a Finance Planning and Analysis Lead to join us at Telia. I’m Terhi Horppu, CFO for Telia Finland, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on driving financial performance, transparency, and data-driven decision-making across Telia Finland. What you’ll do: You will lead FP&A activities, driving planning, forecasting, and performance management to support business growth and profitability. Develop and drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance follow-up processes across Telia Finland Create insights, reporting, and analytics to improve profitability and support data-driven decisions Consult and collaborate with country leadership and finance teams on financial performance and growth initiatives Support monthly closing activities and contribute to strategic projects and assignments What will help you thrive in this role: You are a proactive, analytical professional with strong business acumen and a continuous improvement mindset.
