We are now looking for a skilled and motivated Workplace Doctor to join our team in Inari. The role involves performing diverse occupational health tasks, utilizing and expanding your expertise with interesting clients and patient groups. You can influence your work content and make it your own, depending on your experience and interests, either focusing on preventive work, treatment, or a combination of both. Regular on-site work in Inari is expected, but very flexible remote work practices are offered. If you haven't worked in occupational health before but are interested, we offer an annual long course in occupational health, which qualifies doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and psychologists for this field. The course is mainly online and can be completed alongside work. We also offer a comprehensive and flexible specialization path in occupational health at nearly all our locations. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary corporate health team, including occupational health nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians, and psychologists. The team emphasizes recognizing individual expertise, shared responsibility, and customer-oriented organization. You will lead this team and, together with a designated occupational health nurse, be responsible for the effectiveness of occupational health activities to the company's management.
