Hoivatie Oy's Ensikotiyksikkö TaikaHelmi in Helsinki offers around-the-clock support for pregnant women and families with infants and young children needing intensive help to stabilize daily life and adapt to new life situations. The unit provides continuous infant-oriented substance abuse rehabilitation for pregnant mothers and families with substance dependency, aiming to prevent fetal damage, ensure growth and development, and strengthen parent-infant attachment. The team includes a head of family work, nurses, social workers, and guides with expertise in trauma, early interaction, substance abuse, and mental health. The role involves developing the work, participating in community rehabilitation, supporting parent-infant interaction, and administering medication as needed. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as an occupational therapist, family therapist, or psychotherapist, with experience working with families and knowledge of early interaction, substance abuse, and mental health. The position is temporary until 31.12.2026, with a start date as soon as possible, and involves two-shift work. Salary is based on the private social services collective agreement.
