Oscar Software Oy is a software service company specializing in enterprise resource planning (ERP) development and offering various business services. Founded in 2005, with a turnover of about 12 million euros, Oscar employs over 120 experts. You will be part of the four-member 'Finance, Data, and Contracts' team, responsible for customer contract management. Your tasks include independently managing the entire lifecycle of customer agreements, related tasks, development, and internal stakeholder cooperation. You will handle maintenance, license, and service agreements, review, and record them in our system throughout the customer relationship, and manage monthly invoicing. Our contract management is fully digital, utilizing Oscar ERP system. You will work daily with sales on contract matters, supporting and guiding contract management. Additionally, you will support finance tasks such as sales and purchase ledger, and collections. We are looking for someone who enjoys precision, works carefully and systematically, and is proactive and independent. You are a problem solver and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. We value active development attitude and willingness to grow and develop your responsibilities. We appreciate education in finance or contract management (tradenomi or higher university degree) and experience in contract management or other financial administration.
