HR Satama Finland Oy is a location-independent partner for 2020s working life. We provide direct search, recruitment, and hybrid search services, as well as conduct suitability assessments. Additionally, we offer outsourcing and temporary staffing services and consult on change situations. We have been operating nationwide in Finland since the company's inception. HR Satama Academy is opening again for the 2026 II trainee period, with the title PreSales & Business Development Trainee, AMK internship at Satama. What is Satama? What is Academy? The purpose of HR Satama Academy is to train versatile future innovators and experts in the personnel services industry for HR Satama. This internship is especially aimed at final-year students completing their AMK internship who are interested in sales roles and business as a future career path. What does the PreSales and Business Development role involve? We will familiarize the intern with B2B sales work and business growth using modern methods. The focus of the internship will be on B2B sales, which is a particularly important area in the corporate world. The work includes prospecting, lead generation, and multi-channel customer contact. During the period, a sales market research will be conducted and analyzed. Since we specialize in modern operations, our work is primarily carried out using digital channels. We expect that during the internship, you will learn how to contact company decision-makers, discuss personnel services topics naturally with clients, and market services. You will get to know companies across various industries, which will broaden your perspectives and help in planning your future. In the trainee program, you will learn a lot and challenge yourself and your skills. We hope you have an interest and motivation to learn new things, but previous experience is not required! More information about the Academy period HR Satama Academy conducts several periods per year, and the 2026 II trainee period will start in early May. The exact date will be agreed with the selected individuals. The internship duration is typically 3-6 months depending on the study program. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week. We operate nationwide in Finland, and the internship can be performed at the office, remotely, or in a hybrid model depending on the location. An individual model will be agreed upon based on the applicant and location. The application period is open and ends on Friday, April 3, 2026.
