We are currently working with a development-stage mining company who have a confidential requirement to appoint a CFO as it progresses through its next phase of growth. Area of responsibility will include: Executive leadership and Board engagement, Capital markets, financing and investor relations, Financial planning, reporting and governance, Company secretarial responsibilities and ASX compliance, Project development, capital allocation and strategic decision making, M&A, partnerships and commercial initiatives. Suitable candidates will typically bring experience within listed mining companies and exposure to financing, project development, operations and corporate strategy.
