Workplace description: Leppäkorven School is a comprehensive school for grades 1-9, with approximately 820 students during the 2026-27 school year. About 80 adults work in our school community. The school is located in Korso, near the main railway line, with good transportation connections. We operate in a modern school building equipped with up-to-date teaching tools. Our goal is to be a pedagogically unified basic education school where students of different ages meet and interact daily. Job description: As a student guidance counselor, your tasks include guiding students in grades 7-9 both in classroom groups and individually. You participate in the school's educational work and support during transitions in collaboration with other teachers, guardians, and educational institutions. The guidance counselor we are looking for will be responsible for the school's work-oriented teaching for grades 8 and 9 (TEPPO). You will be supported by Vantaa’s close network of student guidance counselors and your colleagues at the school.
