Enersense Engineering is currently seeking project managers to support our clients' data center projects at various locations across Finland. The positions are permanent and start as soon as possible. As a project manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive execution of complex data center projects, ensuring safe, high-quality, on-schedule, and within-budget delivery. You will lead the implementation strategy, oversee project execution, and play a key role in ensuring excellent customer outcomes. Responsibilities: * Manage the entire lifecycle of large data center construction projects from preliminary planning to commissioning and handover * Define and implement the overall project delivery strategy in accordance with client goals, contractual requirements, and business objectives * Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including CSA (civil, structural, and architectural work), MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), commissioning, and commercial activities * Ensure projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and meet quality standards * Lead project planning, risk management, and performance monitoring throughout the project lifecycle * Be responsible for contractual and commercial aspects during project execution * Manage stakeholder collaboration and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams * Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Requirements: * 10+ years of experience in construction or project delivery roles * Strong experience with data centers or other critical infrastructure environments * Proven track record of managing large and complex projects * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Stable and consistent career development * Willingness to relocate to Finland or work on-site during weekdays * Good spoken and written English skills.
