Job in customer service at the reception in Levin Hullu PoroWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented receptionist to strengthen our hotel team! The reception is at the core of the hotel and restaurant experience. Join us to ensure smooth and warm service for our guests in all interactions.Receptionist duties at Hullu Poro Oy Welcoming guests at the hotel, handling check-ins and check-outs Advising and assisting guests with various questions Managing room reservations via phone, email, and face-to-face Handling billing and payments Collaborating with housekeeping and restaurant teams, maintaining the hotel’s overall appearance Using information systems (e.g., Hotellinx Cloud) in daily tasks Performing various administrative tasks at the reception What we expect from a receptionist in terms of skills and personality Positive attitude towards customer service and good communication skills Independent and responsible work approach, ability to work in a team Flexibility and quick reaction skills in changing situations Experience in reception work or other customer service (preferred but not mandatory) Finnish and English language skills; additional languages are an advantage Basic knowledge of common office software and willingness to learn hotel systems What we offer to the receptionists at Levi?
