Specialist, Security - RMC - Rauma Marine Constructions Oy - Raumo, Finland

HSES-organizations main goal is to ensure that operations are safe for people, the environment, property, and business, and meet all legal and internal requirements. One of the functions of the HSES organization is security, which we are now strengthening with a new role. We are seeking an experienced security specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily implementation, monitoring, and development of physical security. You will support the security manager and the HSES organization, ensuring that security systems, access control, and protective measures operate effectively and reliably. The position suits someone who enjoys working both in the field and with systems, and who can act as an expert in a multidisciplinary environment. Key responsibilities include operational implementation of physical security, use and maintenance of security systems, handling deviations, developing instructions, and maintaining them in collaboration with the security organization, management of access permits, implementation of security clearance processes, supporting the design of structural and technical security, developing instructions and operating models, advising, training, and supporting managers and stakeholders, and fieldwork and operational monitoring. We expect experience in physical security, ability to work independently and as part of a team, good interaction and collaboration skills, readiness to work both in the field and with systems, ability to prepare instructions, basic understanding of risk management, and fluent Finnish and English skills.
