Rental Sales Agent – SIXT Kittilä Winter Season 2026–2027 Would you like to work in an international environment where no two days are the same? SIXT is looking for energetic, flexible, and service-oriented Rental Sales Agents for the Kittilä branch for the winter season 2026–2027. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities from October 2026 to March 2027. During the Kittilä season, the work is a diverse mix of sales, customer service, and operational tasks. We are seeking individuals ready to handle daily tasks flexibly according to the situation – mornings may involve customer service with international clients, and afternoons may be spent preparing cars for the next rentals. Your responsibilities Your tasks will include, among others: - Multichannel customer service at the branch, via phone, and electronic channels - Renting out and returning vehicles - Active sales of additional services and products - Drafting and managing rental agreements - Vehicle inspections - Car washing and preparation for rentals - Vehicle transfers and fleet management - Daily operational tasks as part of the team We are primarily looking for the right attitude The Kittilä season is fast-paced and variable. To succeed in this role, you should have a positive and flexible attitude, not fear changing situations or busy days. You enjoy interacting with customers but are also ready to handle practical operational tasks when needed. You can work independently but also understand the importance of teamwork during the busiest times of the season. When necessary, you help colleagues, adapt to the situation, and ensure our customers receive top-quality service at all touchpoints.
