Dragsfjärd, Hannahemmet: as soon as possible - 30.9.2028, 13.7.2026 - 31.12.2029 Your tasks As a practical nurse, you will be a member of a multidisciplinary team and responsible for implementing services for clients with a rehabilitative approach. Your workday will include basic care, medication management, organizing cultural and recreational activities, and supporting residents' participation and functional capacity. You will take turns as the responsible nurse during shifts. Your duties also include planning and organizing work, informing, reporting, and documentation. You will collaborate with relatives and other stakeholders involved in the care and well-being of residents. We value IT skills related to social and health care software and experience in caring for people with memory disorders. A valid LOVe medication license is an advantage. The qualification requirement for the position is a professional degree in social and health care (practical nurse) or an earlier school-level qualification in the field, along with a valid registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
