We are now looking for a Kitchen Shift Supervisor to join our top team! In a professional and relaxed work community at Santa's Hotel Tunturi, we are seeking a FULL-TIME, permanent Kitchen Shift Supervisor for a 112.5h/3 weeks position. As a Kitchen Shift Supervisor, you will work in a diverse restaurant environment representing the entire restaurant world of Santa's Hotel Tunturi in Saariselkä, including the high-quality à la carte restaurant Restaurant Kaltio and other hotel restaurant concepts. Your responsibilities include managing the daily kitchen shift and ensuring its smooth operation, maintaining high standards of food quality and plating, leading, motivating, and developing the team, work shift planning and management, kitchen self-monitoring, and menu planning together with the head chef. You will have the opportunity to enjoy wonderful and diverse outdoor activities and meet great people throughout the fell, so your time will surely be spent well! Start date: 1 June 2026. Salary: According to collective agreement or contract. The selected person will be employed through Lisäpalvelu Pohjois-Suomi Oy for a 6-month probation period, after which they will transfer to the hotel’s payroll. What do we expect from you? * At least 2 years of experience working as a supervisor in an à la carte kitchen. * Organizational and teamworking skills. * Strong expertise in à la carte kitchen. * Ability to adapt to changing situations and consider others. * Fluent Finnish and English skills. (Finnish and English are mandatory) * Hygiene passport.
