We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented and eager-to-learn salespeople for a permanent position as part of our motivating work community. As Sector Alarm’s salesperson you play a truly important role in helping protect people’s homes, bringing peace of mind to their daily lives and, in the best case, saving lives. Home security service demand continues to grow. We offer consumers and small businesses the best-valued service-based alarm system in Finland. Our Trustpilot rating of 4.8/5 speaks to satisfied customers. Your daily work includes: working weekdays 13:00–21:00; you can work full-time or part-time, which means three consecutive full workdays. The day starts at your team’s sales office with training under a supervisor and setting daily goals. You head to different residential areas with your supervisor by your side, then independently contact residents and arrange visits to their homes, typically at separate times. You meet dozens of new people daily; the work is active and mobile, with over 10,000 steps per day. Meetings with customers at their homes; you discuss how our service can safeguard their daily lives. Listening is as important as talking. You are responsible for sales; installation is handled by a separate installation team. In the evening, you and the team review the day and celebrate victories. Our training and coaching will develop you into the best possible salesperson, including a five-step internal Sector Way Academy training program. You will have a supportive team culture; although independent, you are never alone. Growth opportunities exist both in Finland and internationally; several of our salespeople have become sales managers within a year, and in 2025 half of our sales management roles were filled internally. We run sales contests and offer rewards; top performers may earn trips abroad. What we offer: a compensation model that rewards performance with sales-based commission and monthly bonuses; top sellers can earn over €6,000 per month; average seller earns about €2,200 per month; this year’s top monthly earnings were €10,250.
